Cultural Mapping Projects
The cultural mapping projects showed a sophisticated and comprehensive results of cultural mapping course’s final reports and public events developed by Cultural and Heritage Management (CHM) students of IFTM. The course aims to identify, analyse, and appraise the historical, cultural, economic, and social values of community heritage assets in Asia, using international-standard professional inventory, mapping, and assessment methodologies, building upon skills already introduced to CHM students in their previous courses. The reports and videos of the projects served as evidences and suggestions, which provide an opportunity to train and sensitise CHM students in understanding the deep layers of the city's cultural and urban heritage as an anchor for cultural resilience and sustainability. At the same time, cultivate the ability of heritage managers to network with various stakeholders, organisations, and agencies.
