Three meeting rooms can be found in both Mong-Há Campus or Taipa Campus Library for discussion and project work. Flip chart is available upon request. Interested parties may check the time availability in Venue Booking System, fill in the online form and your booking will be confirmed if no one place a request on the same date and time.
Rules and Behaviors in Meeting Rooms:
Under Normal Situation:
- The room is open to all users, when no reservation is made.
- Door should be kept open all the time when no reservation is made.
- Eating, drinking, smoking, sleeping and mobile phones, shouting, playing and misconduct of any kind are straightly prohibited.
Under Reservation:
- Users can reserve the room at a maximum of 2 hours a time. Extension could be made if no reservations follow.
- Extension should be made half an hour before the end of current reservation.
- Door should be kept closed.
- Eating, drinking, smoking, sleeping and mobile phones, shouting, playing and misconduct of any kind are straightly prohibited.
* Any violation of the above term(s) will result in the suspension in using the meeting room.
** Reservation time should be aligned with library opening hours.
